We’re all hoping to live longer, but if we aren’t living better, too, what is the point? If we don’t have quality of life, if we can’t enjoy our later years, it seems a little futile to just keep trying to live longer. Thankfully there are so many great ways to improve our quality of life, and researchers are finding out more and more every day about how to stay young, even at a very old age!
If you want to stay young, there is a lot of advice out there on what to eat, what supplements to take, what exercise to do. Everywhere you look, someone’s got an idea, an opinion, an imperative. Staying young is an art. You have to get the right combination of all of the above, right?
Facebook user Alex S. recently left this comment in response to a Teeter Hang Ups Facebook post, and we couldn’t think of a better testimonial to the quality of our inversion tables:
Summer is on its way and seafood is a great summer staple food. Seafood is healthy and light, and finding new ways to serve it is always a bonus. This recipe for Linguine with Clams and Shrimp, from My Life Runs On Food is a fresh take on traditional linguine with clam sauce.
When shopping for inversion tables, there is quite a wide range of prices, and you may wonder why you should spend more for an inversion table when you could buy a cheap one for under a hundred dollars.
