Early Fall is a beautiful time of the year. The color of the trees… the crisp autumn air… pumpkin-spiced EVERYTHING. Out of all of it, my favorite part of Fall is the autumn leaves. That is, until they fall to the ground. When doing this wet, cold yard work, be sure to pay close attention to your posture and lift properly to avoid injury from all that lifting, twisting and loading of your back.
Seeing is believing. Seeing the immediate benefits of using a Teeter can now been seen thanks to some new medical technology that measures surface EMG. A case study utilizing surface EMG scans demonstrated a marked decrease in muscle tension after using a Teeter, supporting a older study that cited similar dramatic results.
Marathon runners are pretty cool. I’ve always been impressed by the self-control and dedication it takes to train for a marathon. Then you have the will-power and endurance required to finish the marathon itself. If you have ever ran a marathon yourself – be proud of your accomplishment and know you have my admiration!
