Employee Spotlight: Sheryl Huber

Name: Sheryl Huber

Where is your hometown? Grew up in the country outside of Salem, OR

What in your life are you most proud of? Probably helping all the dogs and cats my husband & I have fostered and found new homes for these past 12 years.

 

What is your secret talent? I don’t think you can really call it TALENT, but I can play the piano.

What did you eat for lunch today? Leftovers as usual – I’m fortunate to be able to go home every day for lunch.

Who inspires you and why? My dad – he is so determined to do anything he sets his mind to. I love his integrity, morals and hard work ethics he applies to anything and everyone in his life.

What is your favorite Holiday? Valentine’s Day – it’s my wedding anniversary.

What do you like doing when you aren’t at Teeter? Spending time with my husband and our goofy white Boxer, Casper. I also am an antique nut, so l like going to estate sales with my friends, finding that hidden treasure

If you could go on vacation anywhere in the world, where would you want to go? Bora Bora, Moorea and the other small Tahitian Islands. I think I need a month there to enjoy the beaches and sunshine.

How long have you worked for Teeter? Just over 6 years.

How would you describe your job to a 3rd grader? If you see or hear the word ‘International’ at Teeter, it passes across my desk.

What is your favorite part about your job? The diversity and working with all the different countries, people and cultures around the world. I learn something new every day.

What is your favorite Teeter product? No question, the GL9500 model (now retired). I have one at home and I love the Gravity Lock ankle system.

If you could be any part of a Teeter inversion table, what part would you be and why? The user – because inverting feels good!
