Lower and Upper Back, Hips and Joint Decompression

Standard: Slowly reach up and place the heels of both hands on the handles. Push away gently, stretching and elongating your torso. Breathe and relax to gain added decompression to your lower back.

Traction Handles: Slowly reach up and place the heels of both hands on the Traction Handles. Push away gently, stretching and elongating your torso. Breathe and relax to gain added decompression to your lower back.

Time: 5-7 minutes, 2 times daily

Angle: 60 – 90 degrees
