Spring is has sprung, but in some parts of the country, cooler weather means that we aren’t quite ready to break out the barbecue grill and Spring salads. Even so, we’re always on the lookout for fresh ideas to green up our dinner plates! This recipe uses Brussels sprouts, but they are roasted and then tossed into a salad with some balsamic vinegar and grapes… and then served warm. If you don’t really like Brussels sprouts, try this recipe… you might become a convert!



1/2 pound Brussels Sprouts
4 strips of Bacon, diced
1 cup Red Grapes, Halved
1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
Black Pepper
