1 medium spaghetti squash (2 1/2 pounds)
2 tablespoons water
1/2 cup chopped sweet red or green pepper
1/2 cup sliced green onions
2 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
2 teaspoons minced fresh dill or 1 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
2 teaspoons minced fresh basil or 1 1/2teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
