“If you have a bad back….this is the way to go. I am a back injury survivor (1993 – bulged disk L-4). What they say is absolutely true, 3-5 minutes a day and/or only when your back starts hurting. This inversion table is my chiropractor. I will never give up this tool for keeping my back healthy. It only makes sense that gravity is pulling on my spine continuously. I thought I would always have to wear a belt to support my back and stomach muscles, but as time has gone on my back belt just hangs in the garage for backup. I haven’t used it in a very long time.”
