Unable to find relief from pain even after surgery, Ronnie discovered Teeter. Only 5 minutes a day twice a day on his Teeter Inversion Table is all he needs to make him feel like a new man.
“In February 2008, I injured my back lifting weights. I went to my family doctor and he just gave me the standard treatment medications, and the week off work. Later on in the week, I started getting a “charlie horse” like pain in my right hip and leg. I went back to work, and just dealt with the pain for the next week. The next week, I went to my Chiropractor, and he told me that he believed I had a herniated disc. So from then until June, I’d gone to the chiropractor 3 days a week for adjustments, stimulating therapy, etc. Then in mid-June, I went and had an MRI done, and was then told to see a Neurosurgeon. So I did, and he looked at the MRI results, and said that I had a bulging disc. He told me that surgery wasn’t the only option that I had, but it would probably be my best bet. So on June 24, 2008, I had a Lumbar Laminectomy, which turned out that the disc was herniated.
“After the surgery, I had instant relief, and 1 hour after I’d gotten to my hospital room, I was up walking the hospital. I got discharged the next day. July 1, 2008, exactly 7 days post-op, I slipped in the shower, and later on that night the “charlie horse” like pains returned. I’d seen my surgeon a couple times afterwards, and he felt that I hadn’t messed my disc up, but that the nerve was possibly just really irritated, from being pinched for so long. So, still dealing with the pain, I did a lot of research on therapy for sciatica, bulging, and herniated discs, and one thing that consistently came up was Inversion Therapy. I ordered the Teeter Inversion Table from the Bowflex catalog on August 2, 2008, and it came in on August 5th. I assembled it, and got on it for about 5 minutes, and it was instant relief! So far, it’s been 6 days, and I use the table 2 times a day, for 5 minutes each, and I’m still so far pain free! Without trying to sound like some kind of cheesy infomercial, I feel like a new man! I’ve been recommending the inversion table to all my friends and family that have back problems! I will continue to use the table for “maintenance” for myself, and hopefully keep my back healthy in the future. The instructional DVD that came with it provide excellent exercises and stretches, and was easy to do.”
